Description This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs, policies and procedures that support the performance reporting of employee objectives to goals and outcomes defined in the incentive compensation and or bonus programs. Responsibilities include compensation program analysis, creation, maintenance and administration, bonus and incentive processes and programs. In addition, the position is responsible for data analysis and report validation to plan specs. Functions as an internal consultant to analyze, identify and resolve various compensation-related issues/questions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, finance/accounting, or a business-related field. Master's Degree in a related field desirable. Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional-level work experience in the incentive compensation or business intelligence preferably in the Pharmaceutical arena. Strong data analysis/financial analysis skills; advanced Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) skills. Previous IC reporting experience is preferred. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,566 to $95,900. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
