Role Overview: The Compliance Risk Analyst conducts internal compliance risk audits and assessments, ensuring regulatory adherence and policy compliance. Identifies and reports audit issues, monitors risk trends, and communicates findings to management. Assists in employee training, regulatory reviews, and investigations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field, equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Three (3) to five (5) years of compliance, auditing, or risk management experience in a financial services institution is required.
