Job Details

Step into an impactful role as a Corporate Executive Protection Specialist, where you will provide vital protective services to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team in both domestic and international settings. Under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Executive Protection, you will operate with integrity and exceptional discretion to implement a comprehensive security strategy that ensures the safety of our executives.

  • Provide executive protection to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Assist in the coordination of the overall Executive Protection Program
  • Provide secure vehicle transportation for executives
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal/external stakeholders, executive drivers, Corporate Security, law enforcement and security vendors
  • Contributes to protective programs to include personal protection, corporate events, residential environments, air transportation and special projects.
  • Assess, plan and document security advances and risk assessments
  • Provide security coverage at offsite meetings, dinners and events
  • Ensure equipment such as communications and medical supplies are in working order
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality regarding information heard directly or indirectly
  • Participates in skill set development and continued educational trainings

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in roles related to Corporate Security, Intelligence, Law Enforcement or Military
  • Must meet eligibility requirements of HR-218 (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act)
  • Must be in compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment and be able to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Possess or able to obtain within 90 days PA ACT 235 Lethal Weapons Training Certification.
  • Maintain firearm proficiency and qualifications in accordance with state, local and federal regulations
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Excellent oral communication and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Prior managerial and leadership experience
  • Must be able to obtain international travel documents such as a U.S. Passport and possess a valid U.S driver's license
  • Strong physical fitness with capability of working in physically demanding and high-pressure environments.
  • Possess or able to obtain CPR AED and Basic first aid certifications
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information and interact comfortably with Executive level leadership.
