We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team at Providence Medical Center. The Float Pool RN will work across multiple units, providing nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse setting. The Float Pool Registered Nurse will be expected to quickly integrate into different teams and provide the highest standard of care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of Med/Surg units.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing protocols, standards of care, and evidence-based practices.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed orders and safety guidelines.
* Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
* Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
* Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting to different patient populations, unit workflows, and staffing needs.
