Job Summary
The remote Talent Acquisition Partner at Employbridge manages the full cycle recruitment needs within an assigned area of the business. The TA Partner collaborates with leaders to ensure the sourcing strategies support the overall business objectives for the role and works in strong partnership with the People Team and Leadership to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent who fit our Culture and Values.

Your Role & Responsibilities
* Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including identifying, sourcing, and engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment methods.
* Creatively source for open positions using multiple channels to attract strong candidates and create a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles within Employbridge.
* Creating effective job postings to attract top talent to the company.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent while ensuring goals are met; set expectations with hiring manager while conducting thorough intake call.
* Conducts candidate screening and qualification interviews to provide the hiring manager with a strong candidate pool to complete final interview and selection timely.
* Responsible for conveying company culture to candidates and evaluating cultural fit.
* Effectively evaluates candidate skills and behaviors with an eye for quality, use of market expertise, and business acumen to educate and inform hiring recommendations.
* Ensure a smooth, smart, innovative, and engaging recruiting process to establish an outstanding candidate experience.
* Effectively market Employbridge to candidates by providing compelling information about the company's strategy, capabilities, performance & value proposition.
* Coordinates interview scheduling to ensure candidate and hiring manager meeting in a timely manner.
* Manage candidate offer negotiation process with hiring managers and within established company policies.
* Create and extend offers of employment.
* Maintains accurate candidate records in ATS to include timely documentation and dispositioning.
* Maintains compliance with recruitment regulatory laws and guidelines.

Preferred Education & Experience
* High school diploma or minimum of 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced,
high-volume driven environment

* Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
* Excellent customer service skills including the ability to react appropriately in stressful
situations.
* Ability to quickly learn the ATS.
* Demonstrable time management and organization skills.
* Picks up and assimilates relevant information quickly and easily while learning new tasks. Ability to think on your feet in rapidly changing environments.
* Comes together to achieve organizational goals in order to succeed and grow. Therefore, every employee should have the ability to work in a team and contribute towards individual and business goals.
* Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
* Builds better relationships with leadership, customers, and colleagues by being trustworthy and working ethically.
* Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
