Account Manager I

Job Responsibilities:
- Experienced and results-oriented Sales Account Manager is needed.
- Participate in meetings with the OEM, suppliers or other organizations necessary and report to Sales Manager.
- Communication and coordination commercial work between OEM, Suppliers, as HQ in Korea.

Account Management
* Customer Setup and Requirements to meet their production expectations
* Understand what is needed from time of sourcing to mass production to ensure on time launch
* Commercial negotiations
* Annual cost reduction negotiations
* Understanding the breakdowns of quotes
* Submit quotes in customer format & expectations
* Tooling Requirements & Invoicing
* ED&T Invoicing & Payment Follow Up
* Supplier Portal Managemetn Admin
* Contact / General Terms & Conditions (GT&C) review & Understanding
* Understand the packaging process and customer requirements (including labeling)
* Update and maintain a master price file
* Main point of contact between our customers and HQ
* Manage engineering changes (timing & cost)
* Understand customer revenue variances to explain revenue to managment (monthly, quartely, annually)

Finance/Accounting Roles (Action taken by CFO team but has to Collaborate with them)
* Understand Account Receivable process
* Compile and submit all monthly statements to Customer/Client
* Track all tooling and ED&T payments
* Process Approval for all Credit & Debit requests
* Manage Account Accruals to accurately communicate Revenue

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of automotive experience
* Ability to travel up to 5% (International & Domestic)
* Ability to work early/late hours for business meetings

Preferred:



  • Knowledge of automotive electronics is preferred
