In the Marketing Data Strategy Manager position, you'll play a critical role in evolving how we harness customer data-both internally and externally-leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive brand awareness, growth, and expansion across our target markets and solution groups. You'll be responsible for integrating go-to-market tools, defining critical data flows, and ensuring teams have actionable insights to drive customer engagement and optimize marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and data strategy, with expertise in AI-driven data utilization to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Optimize the management and use of customer data for segmentation, targeting, personalization, and engagement to drive growth across all solution groups

  • Oversee customer data flows across key systems (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, analytics tools) to improve accessibility and usability for sales and marketing teams

  • Enhance CRM data quality, structure, and integrations to deliver accurate, actionable insights that boost marketing and sales effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies-such as predictive analytics and content personalization-to improve customer interactions and campaign performance

  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy AI models and automation that enhance targeting precision and campaign optimization

  • Implement AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, including lead qualification and campaign execution

  • Serve as a strategic link between marketing, sales, engineering and data science teams, ensuring data initiatives align with business goals, timelines, and budgets

  • Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs for customer engagement, marketing performance, and data utilization; ensure data accessibility for reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in data strategy, marketing data management, or data integration

  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools

  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools for data-driven marketing and sales optimization

  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and API automation for seamless data connectivity and pipeline development; partner with teams to execute

  • Familiarity with SQL and Python/R (preferably Python) for data manipulation and analysis

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or B2B organizations

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
