What we're seeking: As a Talent Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and market insights to our internal clients and external partners on attracting, engaging, and hiring the right talent. You will infuse your expertise in talent to partner with hiring managers, RPO providers, HR partners, and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and a successful hiring process. You will have accountability for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your client groups, including editing role descriptions, sourcing strategy and execution, oversight on progression of requisitions, reporting progress to leadership, managing escalations, and collaborating with our talent colleagues on projects related to recruitment activities, process, and recruitment tools. In this role, you will be required to report to our Dallas Hub work location to complete your work responsibilities. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities. What we need in you: This role is pivotal in shaping the company's workforce and ensuring its alignment with the overarching business strategy. Through the embodiment of these qualities and executing the responsibilities effectively, you will drive success in Talent and contribute significantly to Frontier Communications' growth and competitiveness in the market. What you'll do: You will partner with senior leaders, and recruiters to design and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with and support business objectives. You will need to possess a deep understanding of the business, the market, and the drivers for attracting and converting the best of the best. You will also need to have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to measure and communicate the impact of talent acquisition on business outcomes and success. You will monitor recruitment metrics to measure the results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of programs, tools, and resources.
