Summary: Thomson Reuters seeks an experienced senior product leader to lead our Global Print Product Marketing and ProView (e-Book) Digital Solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic and innovative mindset, establish and maintain an efficient operating rhythm, foster excellent communication practices, and ensure alignment across global teams. As the Senior Director of Product Solutions for the Global Print business, you will be instrumental in shaping our roadmap, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to maximize market position, and ensuring our products and services deliver exceptional value to our customers. The role will be based in our Minneapolis, London, or Sao Paulo location and reports directly to the President, Global Print. About the Role: As our Sr. Director, Product Solutions, you will:
Drive the development and execution of value propositions for the Global Print portfolio Oversee market analysis and competitive intelligence initiatives to inform strategic decisions Lead customer insight programs, Identify and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback on products to develop a clear voice of the customer for internal stakeholders. Guide strategic product positioning decisions to maximize market position and drive product adoption. Ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs, continuously refining strategies based on market and customer insights Develop and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ProView platform and product propositions for all of Global Print's products and services Act as the key ProView product leader; owning the strategic direction and growth, driving clarity and alignment across engineering, design, sales and business teams. Drive the product development and enhancement roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations. Strategize new features and capabilities to enhance the ProView platform and product offerings. Cultivate a high-level understanding of external trends, competitors, and markets served, including professional and commercial printing markets. Manage a global team across multiple time zones and matrix structures, fostering collaboration and driving performance. Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed.
About You: To be our Sr. Director, Product Solutions, you will likely have:
Proven experience in product management, strategy development, and leadership roles, preferably in a global context. Strong understanding of digital platforms, physical print, and commercial printing services. Ability to set annual and quarterly plans and prioritize team projects and workload Demonstrated ability to understand commercial, technological, and strategic drivers to build and execute multi-year strategy. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders. Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight programs. Ability to manage and lead a global team effectively across multiple time zones and matrix environments. High-level understanding of external trends and competitive landscapes in the professional and commercial printing markets. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $154,000 - $286,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
