Product Management Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Product Management Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Product management is a multifaceted role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at guiding a product from conception to market. At its core, product management involves understanding customer needs and market trends to define a product vision and strategy. In this role, you will learn how to be a bridge between various teams, ensuring that the product not only meets customer expectations but also aligns with the overall business objectives.

What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
* Assist in the development and prioritization of the product roadmap.
* Support the product launch process, including marketing and sales enablement.
* Analyze product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
* Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Help coordinate user testing sessions and gather insights for product enhancements.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
* Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging technologies relevant to the product.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* Engineering would be top choice but would entertain other majors depending on experience. Other fields include: Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
* Graduation date of December 2025 - Spring 2026

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

* Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
