2 CNA Coach Openings l 1 for Day Shift and 1 for PM Shift The CNA Coach is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the resident's physical and emotional well-being, following the service schedule for each resident and correctly documenting services provided. This position encourages, advises and guides new team members during the first 90 days to help them adjust to the workplace culture and ensures all new hires complete the orientation training to support a culture of retention. Acts as coach for all team members in the absence or in support of the Leadership Team. The targeted pay range for this job is $21.50- $26.00 per hour.
