Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Product Readiness Analyst I to join our dynamic Product Readiness & Commercialization team working on a new large-scale product launch and establishing Product Readiness for an existing product. The Product Readiness Analyst I will partner closely with the Product Readiness Director to assist with the development and execution of the go-to-market, launch, and post-launch plans for the products. This role will work with the Product and Business teams as well as the broader Cox Automotive organizational boundary partners, to ensure all team members are equipped and working in alignment towards a successful product launch. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be curious and willing to learn new concepts, efficiency tools, and ways of working with guidance from other team members. They should enjoy working with teams filled with genuinely good people who want to get 1% better every day and be eager to partner with different teams across a highly matrixed organization in order to help the team continue to drive alignment on key statuses, touchpoints, and activities. Who You Are: QUALIFICATIONS:
USD 49,200.00 - 73,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $49,200.00 - $73,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
