Summary/Objective

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Functional Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with our functional team to support and enhance our business processes.

Essential Functions

  1. Assist in the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  3. Support the development of functional specifications and system design documents.
  4. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and performance.
  5. Provide end-user support and training as needed.
  6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  7. Document processes, configurations, and user guides.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Prolonged exposure to computer screens.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a seasonal hourly position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager. This is a hybrid role with some remote work but will be expected to come onsite in Elkhart, IN.

Travel

Travel would be minimal.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Strong computer skills
  3. Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
