Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Sales Messaging Effectiveness Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Messaging & Content Effectiveness, this role is pivotal in developing sales messaging assets that accelerate the sales cycle and drive business growth. You will work with multiple teams and subject matter experts to create content that aligns with our priorities and resonates with our customers.

What you will do:

  • Develop Sales Messaging Assets:Create compelling and effective sales messaging materials that highlight the results and value to the customer, aligned with our company priorities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:Work with different departments and subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure messaging is aligned with organizational goals. Align with regions and industry teams to ensure priorities and seller needs are being met. Collaborate with communication leads to promote new or updated content as needed. Develop, maintain, update and monitor a working project plan to provide visibility into work in process, tasks required to complete, and expected deliverables.
  • Simplify Complex Content and Seller Experience:Transform complex information into concise and easily consumable content for the sales team. Drive consistency and focus on information design for ease of seller consumption. Support process to proactively deliver assets to the seller aligned with opportunity pursuit and stage of the customer engagement process.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively within the organization and drive the utilization of enablement content.
  • Metrics: Develop, maintain and track metrics related to seller use and satisfaction of assets. Use data to inform and adjust priorities.

The Essentials - You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications - You might also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales messaging, content development, operations or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and focus on business outcomes and customer value.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Familiarity with the industry and understanding of the sales process.
  • Salesforce experience
