Assistant Manager Salt & Ivy - Beau Rivage

The Salt & Ivy Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage's Salt & Ivy. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
• Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Excels at juggling multiple responsibilities without missing a beat.
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Inspiring Leader who leads with confidence and sets a positive example for the entire team.
• Two (2) years of related experience.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Describes themselves as detail oriented.
