Overview
Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow who will be responsible for initiating and carrying out research projects in collaboration with a research team. The fellow will have the opportunity to lead impactful manuscripts and travel to conferences to present work. There will be ample training opportunities including in grant writing and attendance of statistical genomics workshops. Working with large phenotypic and genomic datasets including All of Us, UK Biobank, Million Veterans Program (MVP), dbGaP, and others. This position will be in support of the Clinical Neuroscience of Psychopathology (CNP) lab in the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology at Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. The fellow will work on studies that aim to elucidate the genetic and neurobiological basis of alcohol use, addiction, impulsivity, and other psychopathology. This research includes collaborations with principal investigators from the University of Pennsylvania, the National Institutes on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and Yale University. The ideal candidate will have strong computational and analytic skills and a passion for psychiatric genetics and addictions research. The Henry M.
