Marketing Coordinator

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a Marketing Coordinator. Ideal locations would be Madison, WI; Dallas, TX; Lexington, SC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Sacramento, CA or San Diego, CA. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving
• Preparation and guidance on interviews
• Developing marketing materials and content
• Leading award submissions
• Developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s)
• Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports
• Organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience OR associate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience OR no degree plus 6 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• Leading proposal submissions (RFP/RFQs)
• Adobe InDesign; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases
• Working at an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firm
