The Family Concierge Coordinator will be responsible for owning a case load, researching resources for internal and external benefits and creating care plans that will be shared with those families. The Family Concierge Coordinator will also continuously support the Family Concierge team with improved resources and materials. This is a Remote position available in the United States. Qualifications: Required - 3 years relevant professional experience Additional Job Requirements3+ years relevant professional experience.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $19.00 - $21.50 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
