Purpose
At Electrolux North America, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across our business areas and through all channels where this role supports the evolving routes to market through Direct to Consumer E-Commerce.
We are now looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Direct to Consumer team within Electrolux NA. The D2C team's core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering outstanding consumer experiences and profitable growth for Electrolux.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Analyst, you will support the profitable growth of Finished Goods, Aftermarket Sales, and Services by assisting in the development of tools, processes, and knowledge to drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Line teams, as well as the Direct to Consumer team, to help establish effective reporting and analytics for the expanding sales channel. You will provide financial and commercial support to the Direct to Consumer organization across all product lines and services. You will assist in providing visibility to business leaders and support the Controlling and wider organization in focusing on the Consumer Experience and Digital route to market strategy. Your main tasks will be to:
Support the Direct to Consumer organization by assisting in financial analysis, delivering short term projects, and contributing to long-term processes implementation. Help identify opportunities to improve business practices within the Direct to Consumer channel.
- Improve and standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such as product line and sales channel, including key performance indicators necessary to drive profitable growth
- Responsible for monthly sales and marketing accruals and account reconciliations to ensure proper revenue and administrative expense recognition
- Prepare and provide full P&L for actuals and forecast, analyzing deviations and providing commentaries for major drivers of performance
- Track volume, price, mix including reporting on sales promotions and Price Waterfall and create visibility on performance and drive top line excellence
- Monitor paid media spend at a detailed level to ensure data accuracy and budget control. Collaborate with the Paid Media team on scenario planning models and report on actuals
- Key stakeholder of the financial planning processes for Direct to Consumer business including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. Provide weekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective action as needed
- Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by management team

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or supply-chain finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Advanced Financial analytics and/or modeling skillset
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively with cross functional teams and at all levels of leadership
- Unequivocal business ethics and integrity
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
