*Job Description* This role is for a product manager to lead product and program workstreams for a strategic sales and operations enablement program in the Unified Communications solutions portfolio. Some key deliverables this product manager will own include the planning and coordination of user access to systems coordinating training and onboarding for new users with key partners managing strategic internal communications and providing regular status of owned items to stakeholders and leadership to ensure program success. The project in scope is a significant strategic initiative so we need a product manager who is able to hit the ground running and support this business transformation. The best candidates for this role would have experience on a team that led product deployments especially from an internal communications tools access and training standpoint. It is also preferred that this resource have some program management experience as the role will require program expertise and tracking. This product manager will support the product lead with responsibilities such as: - Creating and executing on plan and process to provide access for users to new systems - Creating and executing on plan to onboard and train users to new systems - Coordinating strategic internal communication effort for this initiative - Gaining alignment with stakeholders on the overall plan - Post deployment support *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
