Your Impact

Product Vision:

  • Drive Product Strategy: Lead the overall vision and direction using strong data analytical insights and disciplined product management practices.
  • Define Clear OKRs: Work through ambiguity to build measurable OKRs for your products, incorporating key performance metrics-including store inventory management KPIs-to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Align with Business Objectives: Finalize the product roadmap in line with organizational OKRs and integrate inventory management considerations to maximize product value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Propel product execution by collaborating proactively with engineering, store operations, and other key teams.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance User Experience: Define impactful customer experiences that balance innovative design with practical inventory management strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitive trends and leverage insights to uncover opportunities that enhance both product functionality and responsiveness.

Product Execution:

  • Prioritize and Communicate: Engage cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of usable, viable, and feasible products, clearly communicating how user value and inventory optimization are achieved.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead agile ceremonies and work closely with teams to set clear expectations, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Advocacy Influence:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to expert for your product, influencing its direction and ensuring that disciplined practices are applied consistently.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Build advocacy and influence among the product team, business partners, and senior leadership to drive alignment and accountability.

Product Analytics & Insights:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage deep analytical skills to interpret complex data, drive product improvements, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Track & Analyze Metrics: Define and monitor key product metrics-integrating product health with inventory management data-and partner with engineering to develop robust tracking systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, and/or product experimentation.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into quantifiable, actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in an agile software environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a large organization, including close collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management processes or related supply chain analytics.
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

Pay Range: $95,100.00 - $180,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
