Cox is taking a new direction that will reimagine our brand experience - from how we communicate and how it feels to do business with us to the role we play in people's lives. The success of our approach requires defining the intersection of our customers' jobs-to-be-done and how the Cox Brand can best serve those jobs.

The Senior Manager, CX & Brand Strategy will play a central role in developing/evolving the Residential brand strategy, interpreting and prioritizing how that strategy should be brought to life across the end-to-end experience in both the short-term and long-term. This will require working closely with Insights and Analytics, Design, and Operations Strategy within the CX function, plus building relationships and influence across the broader Cox organization.

We're looking for a seasoned strategist who can define the vision and help drive it across customer touchpoints and business processes, all within the context of a complex enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Determine drivers of differentiation and preference for our brand vs competition
  • Develop/evolve our brand positioning and translate for experience and communications
  • Define the 10-yr experience vision and roadmap and establish CX guiding principles
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize the handful of actions that will generate the most impact for customers and the business
  • Support the development of value propositions and business cases to enable the future brand experience, including contributing to an innovation pipeline
  • Develop brand and product architecture and brand naming as needed
  • Set measurement standards for Brand & Experience performance
  • Partner with CX peers in Design and Operations to translate strategy into impact
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy to link brand experience with overall Cox strategy
  • Manage relationships with external strategy partners

Who You Are

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field (Marketing, Brand Strategy, Strategy and Operations, etc). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • Requires strong knowledge of the full Microsoft 365 Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and analytical tools such as SPSS or equivalents; requires working knowledge of leading AI tools and their potential impacts on evolving how we approach customer experience
  • Excellent analytical; strategic rigor; customer empathy; creativity; and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization


Preferred

  • Experience in brand strategy or growth strategy; cable, telecoms, or technology; subscription business model; and in enterprises with annual revenues over $10B desired.


USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
