Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Meticulously examining data to identify discrepancies or errors
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms
  • Analyze and report on test results, providing detailed feedback
  • Participate in grooming discussions and contribute to improving development processes
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years of experience with Software QA Testing
  • Working Knowledge on Medicare guidelines and State Fee Schedule
  • Understanding of Medical bill review process
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with software development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong organization skills and meticulous adherence to software development processes
  • Familiarity with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
