Scope of Position: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital Leadership and the Dodd Admissions team. The Administrative Assistant has no supervisory responsibility and maintains absolute confidentiality related to employee and patient information that may be viewed while carrying out various functions of the position. Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the administration leadership and admissions team by performing various administrative and clerical functions such as daily payroll edits, timekeeping and payroll, ordering supplies, employee file maintenance, attendance records, staffing data entry, record keeping, and other responsibilities and tasks as may be requested by leadership.
