You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital design, particularly in advanced node technologies. Your expertise spans from RTL2GDS flow and methodology to a profound understanding of the intricacies of foundry workings. With a proactive and strategic mindset, you excel in both tactical problem-solving and leadership across R&D projects. You possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, and have a proven track record of working seamlessly across organizations. Your technical acumen includes a deep understanding of complex layout rules, cell architectures, and physical design implementation tools necessary for realizing next-generation node entitlement at emerging foundry partners.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborating closely with foundry partners to enable advanced node technologies (3nm, 2nm, and beyond).
  • Leading RTL2GDS flow and methodology development projects.
  • Driving innovation in physical design implementation tools and strategies.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Engaging in proactive problem-solving and strategic planning for R&D initiatives across the Synopsys tool portfolio.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

What You'll Need:
  • MSEE or BSEE with 15+ years of digital design experience and/or chip design.
  • Expertise in RTL2GDS flow and methodology.
  • Strong understanding of advanced node technologies (3nm, 2nm, and beyond).
  • Experience in working directly with foundry partners.
  • Technical understanding of complex layout rules, cell architectures, and physical design implementation tools.
