Responsibilities

• Associates open overhead orders and prepare the dock for receipt of Prenoted trailer.
• They move extendible conveyor into position to unload the boxes.
• Each box is picked up and placed on a conveyor. When the trailer is unloaded, they return the extendible conveyor to storage.
• The trailer door is closed, dock leveler is closed, and dock door is closed

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Continuous standing and walking required

Typical Working Conditions

• Will work around equipment, such as conveyors and rolling stock, which could contain hazards. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high level of noise and dust may exist for this position
