We are looking for a talented Architectural Wall Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Boston. In this role, you will be the "Wall" expert in the territory and will work from various locations including our showroom in Boston, your home office, and travelling to customer sites in the field. The salary range for this position is between $90,000-$100,000 and you will also earn commission from dollar one. The final offer may vary based on your skills, experience and education.

Responsibilities:



  • Generate sales leads and strategically build relationships as a "trusted adviser".
  • Create comprehensive Wall solutions for your clients which include architects, designers, end users, general contractors and subcontractors.
  • Create and implement a strong business development plan to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Identify key target accounts and develop relationships within those organizations.
  • Attend events in the local business community and in the Design/Construction industry.
  • Utilize the CRM system to forecast business and manage your pipeline.
  • Work as a leader on the team, motivating others to accomplish team goals alongside estimators, project coordinators, designers and project managers.
  • Provide mentoring, training and leadership to our staff in New England on the conceptual and strategic aspects of the Wall product.
  • Conduct and assist in field presentations and gain specifications necessary to fulfill orders effectively.



What you Need to Succeed:



  • Prior experience selling movable or demountable wall systems and/or industrial partitions desired.
  • Ability to understand the construction environment to include a competency in reading building plans, layouts, and specifications.
  • Creative mind that can envision conceptual design of interior spaces and be able to persuade and implement collaboratively with the client.
  • Existing relationships with architects and designers is extremely helpful.
