This position has responsibility for growing revenue and profit in the Back-Up division through developing a strategic vision for meeting the supply needs of the organization. From this strategy they develop a plan to execute the strategy. This includes managing the relationships that deliver our supply, analyzing and managing the performance of the supply partners to assure we deliver appropriate quality and targeted costs. They further work with program, client relations, and clients to deliver client specific solutions, and solve for challenging problems in markets with limited or no coverage. They ensure client satisfaction and business performance is delivered through the provider supply network. The manager has a portfolio of approximately $30 million in budget. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
