Central Resource Team, (CRT) are part of a team that "float" to various departments within Massachusetts General Hospital and provide Patient Care Associate (PCA) care to either a patient requiring observation or acting as a nursing unit PCA.
The CRT is seeking a PCA, with Day, and/or Night availability, and to provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Why This Role Is Important? The position allows staff the opportunity to work in many areas and gain experience across the hospital. Collaboration withallhealth careworkersacross disciplines is fundamental toour carewith the CRT. Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), the PCA assists the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
