Our Full-Time Benefits include:
The administrative assistant is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all callouts for patients of homecare services, maintaining schedule changes, and notifying families of any changes. In addition, this position is a supportive role to the Director and will be required to assist with departmental payroll including reconciliation, approving schedules, reviewing PDO requests, changes to the schedule as well as other duties associated with departmental payroll processing. Will also assist with invoicing and Long Term Care filing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
Education required: High School Graduate, Active North Carolina CNA Certificate. Certified as a Med Aide in both Adult Care Homes and Skilled Nursing in North Carolina or be willing to obtain the necessary certification within 6 months of hire. Experience required: One (1) year verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity. Professional license or certification requirements: NC Certified Nursing Assistant and NC Certified Med Aide for Adult Care Homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
