POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Process Coordinator (the "Coordinator") will work with the Strategy Department Leadership team and key stakeholders across ECRI to support the development and solution of business challenges through the leverage of cutting-edge technology. They will work on new initiatives and data analytic projects. They will be working on projects that span across the organization's operational units and functions, with a focus on using analytics and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities. The Coordinator will apply their knowledge to partner in the creation of resources and tools to assist teams in applying and developing solutions internal and external customer needs.

The Coordinator is a part-time, 10 hours a week, position.

Essential Functions:

Work collaboratively across the organization to support the development and delivery of new initiatives and services

Support the organization with data and analytics

Recommends and/or implements modern workplace solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 Apps and Work Management Tools, Power Automate and Qualtrics..

Assist in the creation of resources to help team members utilize automated processes efficiently and effectively.

Share best practices and current tips and tricks with internal team members.

Maintain and update data to ensure accuracy across various automation systems.

Create and update dashboards and custom reports for the leadership team to monitor process efficiencies and data metrics.

Assist in creating tools and procedures that support process workflows.

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:



*

Demonstrated interest in healthcare, preferably through internships or extracurricular experiences

Demonstrated academic performance (e.g. strong GPA, academic awards)

Proven leadership ability through academic and extracurricular experiences

Inquisitive and tendency to think outside the box with regards to sources, methods, and solutions

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or enrollment preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.



Computer Skills:

Advanced in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


*

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft BI, and Microsoft Project.


*

Experience with Power Automate and Atlassian products is preferred.



Certifications and Licenses:



*

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus



POSITION COMPENSATION

The salary range for new employees in this position is $21.15 - $23.69 an hour, based on background, experience, and skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS




This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
