The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Surface Digital Marketing will report directly to the GTM leader for Surface Digital Marketing and will be responsible for Surface lead generation programs and customer advocacy programs. This role will play a critical leadership role in driving success and growth for Surface. In this role you will be both a strategist, a creator, and a collaborator as you lead digital marketing program development and implementation. You'll work across the worldwide team and the global market teams to build and land the initiatives. The role is responsible for managing agencies as well as partners with internal marketing organizations, building new capabilities around customer acquisition and life-cycle marketing to create new ways to influence our growth. We are seeking a marketing team leader to drive our outbound execution across this leading portfolio of products. ResponsibilitiesBuild and own the strategy for customer acquisition and top of funnel marketing for the Surface global business. Lead and manage the Surface relationship with the Global Demand Center (GDC) CMO, and field sales marketing teams. Set the marketing strategy for end-to-end marketing from acquisition through hand-off to Field and Partners. Responsible for the Surface commercial social programs. This includes evolving the commercial social program both on the current platform as well as extending onto new platforms and scaling these programs to further enable sales across all markets. Build a compelling storytelling program based on our customer and device experiences in order to generate demand, grow customer desire and differentiate our products in the market. Develop the digital lead gen strategy and Through Partner co-marketing strategy for the Surface business. Create a long-term strategy for full life cycle marketing in partnership with the broader team. OtherEmbody our culture and values. |
