ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Patient Nurturing team. In this role, you'll work with key stakeholders to create and manage various materials in both print and digital marketing. You'll also handle materials audits, and merchandise requests.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Content Creation: Collaborate with a third-party translation service to develop Spanish versions of printed materials from approved English versions. This role is not required to speak Spanish.
• Email Marketing Support: Assist with the evaluation and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including implementing improvements and A/B testing.
• Merchandise Management: Handle merchandise and swag requests, including adding new summer apparel items to the company storefront.
• Content Calendar Management: Work with internal stakeholders to utilize the content calendar and review timelines to create a trackable way to ensure content creation deadlines are met.
• Material Audit: Conduct audits of marketing materials to ensure consistency of brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in email marketing and content creation.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred:

• Interested in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Curiosity and eagerness to explore project initiatives and implement ehnacements.
