Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Portland, OR - must be onsite We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to drive seasonal marketing strategies, develop key account plans, and execute initiatives that enhance brand advocacy and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal marketing plans in collaboration with Business Unit and Sales teams.
- Execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand advocacy and drive conversion on key products.
- Act as the primary advocate for key accounts, ensuring marketing tools and campaigns align with business objectives.
- Own budget management for account projects, balancing creative innovation with disciplined spending.
- Maintain project timelines, proactively solving challenges and ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines.
- Partner with global and market teams to align retail marketing needs with broader brand strategies.
- Ensure alignment with the Global/Market Brand Calendar, prioritizing key campaigns and allocating budgets effectively.
- Provide insights, feedback, and best practices to global counterparts to refine marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of wholesale trade marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, sales, or project management within consumer products, retail, or creative agencies.
- Experience in wholesale marketing, ideally within the sporting goods or lifestyle industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including remote team coordination.
- Proven project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to think strategically while executing details efficiently.
