POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Accountant manages project finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance. They reconcile draws to project costs, process wire transfers, and prepare progress payment draws. They also review project financials, including budget variances and cash flow, and ensure contractor invoices are accurate. The role involves working with lenders, title companies, and internal teams, providing audit support, and assisting with forecasting, reporting, and other special projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
