What you will be doing?

  • L2 Troubleshoot and resolve client reported issues

  • Expertly query database and implement fixes QA marketing target lists and assist with troubleshooting mailings and email blasts.

  • Research client questions or concerns dealing with all parts of the UI, and work with the appropriate teams (development/reporting/marketing/profit/ops) to resolve the issue.

  • Work in PostgreSQL DB environment

  • Evaluates, designs, codes, implements, optimizes and modifies databases and database applications with respect to JCL, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation and statistical methods.

  • Troubleshoot technical questions from clients and determine the answer/cause to the query.

  • May build windows, screens and reports and assist in the design of user interface and business application prototypes.

  • Participates in quality assurance and develops test application code in client server environment.

What you will need:

  • 1-2 years of recent experience working with databases

  • 1-2 years of recent experience with creating SQL statements

  • 1-2 years of recent experience working with Postgre SQL or other types of SQL

  • 1-2 years of recent experience working with Analytics, tracking, creating reports

  • 1-2 years of recent experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce

  • 1-2 years of recent experience utilizing excellent customer service skills

  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed

Added bonus if you have:

  • Banking terminology is extremely helpful

  • Experience troubleshooting in a Tier 2 ticketing environment with escalations
