Overview
Position Overview: M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Specialist. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing programs that drive employee development, engagement, and performance excellence. This role focuses on optimizing performance management strategies, creating learning initiatives, and aligning talent management efforts with business objectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Talent Management Specialist will collaborate with the Talent Management Manager and M.C. Dean business unit executives to align talent management strategies with organizational goals, including understanding the strategic direction of the company, the strategic and operational priorities, and the strategic direction and priorities of HR to design and executing learning and career development solutions that drive business performance and improve the employee experience.
