The Associate Director of Enrollment Communication and Digital Engagement is a versatile communicator who leads the digital engagement strategy for the departments within Carnegie Mellon's Office of Enrollment Management. The associate director will cultivate effective relationships with divisional partners to identify opportunities for digital outreach and engagement with prospective and enrolled students and families. Opportunities include but are not limited to social media platforms, virtual events, digital recruitment applications (i.e., Niche, CollegeBoard, Scoir), websites, video/audio scripts, email marketing, and advertisements.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Communication, the associate director, in partnership with the university's central communications and marketing team and Office of Admission staff, shapes digital recruitment strategy and delivers effective content that aligns with the university's brand. The associate director will work with the Executive Director and other team members to evolve and adapt digital channels and strategy to ensure targeted audiences are reached. The associate director will also work closely with partners on the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars. Core responsibilities include:
