Responsibilities
Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our treatment regimens are meticulously updated within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Beyond data management, you will play a crucial part in refining our billing processes by utilizing a billing grid to accurately determine charges applicable to studies versus insurance or self-pay. Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Diligently update and maintain treatment regimen data within the EMR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Billing Coordination: Analyze and update patient billing information. Utilize a billing grid to identify and segregate charges for study purposes versus insurance or self-pay, ensuring precise financial management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure streamlined processes and data integrity.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, fostering a culture of ethical and compliant practices.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework in business administration or equivalent experience required. HS Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments.
