We are seeking a Product Marketing User Experience Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will assist IT Product Managers in creating and executing internal marketing materials and programs. You will lead and coordinate activities involved in the preparation and delivery of product documentation, website content, social media, and email promotions. Engaging in business meetings to determine use cases, you will drive marketing campaigns that effectively promote our tech platforms. As a Product Marketing User Experience Analyst, you will create comprehensive marketing plans to promote technical platform tools and stay current with tech platform capabilities. You will produce high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, emails, webinars, and videos, communicating the value of our tech platforms. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to drive user adoption and retention. Conducting market research, you will identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts. You will analyze campaign performance and user adoption metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Developing training materials and support resources, you will help users maximize the benefits of our tech platforms. Engaging with the user community through forums, social media, and events, you will gather feedback and foster a sense of community. Collaborating with cross-functional IT partners, BRMs, or end users, you will design solutions that meet business requirements. Maintaining a content calendar, you will ensure timely and consistent communication about our internal IT products and software. You will manage business and functional requirements to meet performance expectations, assess risks, and assist in implementing new technologies and tools. Presenting solutions to executive levels, you will pitch products and demonstrate how platforms can address business needs. Leading trainings for various audience sizes, both virtual and in-person, you will participate in key meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements, identify gaps, and optimize processes. Participating in Agile planning, you will manage projects and tasks, communicating status to key stakeholders.
