In this Staff Accountant role, you would be responsible for general ledger accounting and assisting with AR. What do you need for this Staff Accountant role? * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field * 1-4 years of accounting experience * Strong knowledge of US GAAP * Advanced Excel What will you do in this Staff Accountant role? * Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions * Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close * Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations * Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations * Generate and issue invoices to customers * Apply customer payments and reconcile AR accounts * Prepare AR aging reports and provide cash flow insights What is in this Staff Accountant role for you? * Stable company that has been around for awhile * Nice team * Good work life balance * Growing company So, if you are a Staff Accountant with GL and AR experience then we want to hear from you!
