Summer 2025 Internship: This position is located at our HQ in Durham, NC. Expected program dates are May 19 - August 15, 2025 . Job Title: Finance Revenue Accounting Intern Introduction: This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, majoring in finance, accounting, or MBA. The intern may work in several different functional areas but will have a specific focus in the area of revenue accounting. Responsibilities: Assist with accounting month end closing including journal entries, GL account reconciliations and other close related tasks Run and process Oracle reports Assist with internal and external audit requests Prepare timely and accurate reporting and analysis as needed Provide support with accounting related IT projects Participate in various accounting process improvement activities and other special projects Perform other ad hoc analysis as requested Required Skills: This role is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in a four-year or advanced degree program, majoring in finance, accounting or business. Familiar with general accounting procedures and US GAAP; knowledge of ASC606 is a plus Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required Analytical and critical thinking skills Capable of taking direction and working independently on assigned tasks Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate with diverse team members as needed About the Company: Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a dynamic billion-dollar global company based in Research Triangle Park, NC, providing retail store solutions to your favorite brands.
