Responsibilities: Receive customer orders by telephone, fax, and other electronic means and enter data Discuss delivery times, issues and handle customer concerns Create sales order numbers for orders and communicate with customers Communicate and distribute orders to production and shipping Create shipping papers for shipments Contact and dispatch drivers for shipments; posting time in and out for each shipment - Keeping log of drop trailers and shipments Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints and comments as well as actions taken. May work on special projects/assignments upon request. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each principle job duty satisfactorily. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent data entry skills a must SAP experience desired Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication and written skills
