Materials Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement Material Planning Process using SAP(ERP) to allow for real time -optimal inventory planning.
• Oversee all activities related to order fulfillment, from forecast to delivery, including day to day key KPI's for materials management.
• Coordinate all activities necessary for maintaining accurate inventory levels for production scheduling.
• Ensure optimal inventory planning in line with Order fulfillment. - Manage cycle count SOP for all departments.
• Continuous Improvement: generate Material Cost Saving opportunities and implement with cross functional teams.
• Manage process for RMA or Returned Material Authorization process for the plant.

Qualifications:

• Material Management or production scheduling experience preferred.
• Associate degree or 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess excellent planning/organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems preferred in SAP.
