Auburn University Facilities Management is excited to begin the search for an Administrative Support Assistant to perform a variety of office support duties!

Working hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Essential Functions

  • Assist with internal and external customers via multi line phone system, email, in person, and online ReADY system.
  • Processes and prepares forms such as work orders, documents, reports, and other types of correspondence, and maintains records for department.
  • Works as a liaison between departments within Facilities Management and other departments located on campus.
  • Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, iPad, etc.
  • Maintains inventory and orders office supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Provides gameday support for all home football games.
  • May be responsible for performing other office support duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications
Level I- High school diploma or equivalent.

Level II- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical support services

Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience for advanced levels

  • Experience with order entry system
  • Ability to answer multi-phone lines professionally
