Quality Technician

Job Details:

• Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Training: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM for 2-3 weeks

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 4-5 years of experience in a quality role in a lab, and Microsoft Office experience.

Quality Technician Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record line specifications (e.g., width, thickness, and break) on the production log daily.
• Ensure production measurements meet acceptable standards.
• Assist with new product startups and evaluate complaints or returns as needed.
• Review products on hold to determine their disposition and re-check customer returns.
• Maintain communication with Lead Operators, Foreman, and Production Manager.
• Comply with management requests and maintain a clean lab area.
