Pay Rate: $19.25

Production Associates are responsible for manufacturing products in accordance with quality standards. They work on a production line and may operate machinery to cut, bend, or shape materials as well as pack finished goods. Production Associates also ensure adherence to safety protocols and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment to cut, bend, form, or stamp metal parts and other materials
  • Maintain records of inventory and production
  • Monitor product quality and report defects
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate production activities
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and cost reductions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Flexibility to work in various positions, including standing, sitting, and lifting
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
  • Problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new techniques
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities
