The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,100 - $129,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role will leverage data-driven insights to optimize the performance of our retail and industrial marketing investments. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales, customer acquisition, and overall campaign effectiveness. Additionally, this role will act as a key partner to external performance media agencies, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, seamless data integration, and robust reporting to drive continuous marketing improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CLV, CAC, P&L) and evaluate digital marketing effectiveness across paid media, retail advertising, and local initiatives to optimize spend and maximize revenue.
  • Leverage data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel) to track trends, identify audience behaviors, and provide competitive insights that inform strategy.

Performance Forecasting & Budget Optimization

  • Develop and maintain budget forecasts, media allocation, and scenario-based modeling to ensure optimal investment efficiency and higher ROI.
  • Track and analyze marketing spend, reallocating budgets based on performance outcomes to maximize impact.

Campaign Strategy, Testing & Optimization

  • Deploy marketing A/B tests, analyze backend results, and refine customer segmentation and targeting to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Support attribution modeling and local/regional marketing initiatives to align with brand strategy and optimize sale impact.

Retail Marketing & Program Execution

  • Manage DTC marketing investments and retail advertising strategies, aligning campaigns with key sales events and omni-channel performance goals.
  • Oversee retail media and coop programs (Red Marketing Program), providing insights on store traffic trends, marketing effectiveness and strategies to drive incremental sales.

External Performance Media Agency Partnership

  • Partner with external agencies on campaign objectives, reporting frameworks, and optimization strategies while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Oversee performance tracking, media testing, and campaign insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Influence

  • Lead marketing performance meetings, summarize insights for executive reviews, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, E-commerce, Brand and Finance to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling , and media mix analysis
  • Experience partnering with external media agencies to execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise in digital marketing analytics, performance forecasting, and budget optimization
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics within a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex data for diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to influence marketing performance and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and retail media, with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Primarily operates in an office environment that requires frequent typing and manual dexterity for computer use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Hyflex. Time is split between office and remote work. Occasional travel required.
