What You'll Do As a Sales Enablement Specialist on our Go-to-Market Enablement team you will play a pivotal role in equipping our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams with knowledges, tools, and strategies needed to accelerate and improve sales productivity. As a core member of our GTM Enablement team, this role will focus on creating comprehensive training programs and enablement resources to bring out the best in our Account Teams and ensure individuals are equipped with the skills to be successful and drive revenue growth. In this role you will collaborate with a variety of teams within Teradata (including Sales, Marketing, Product Management and more), along with vendors and external consultants. You are a confident, articulate enablement professional experienced in designing, developing and deploying sales enablement programs, tools and resources to sales and consulting associates at a variety of skill and experience levels. You are a skilled and agile communicator, motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate also possesses strong project management, content development skills and embraces new and innovative enablement technologies and methods. Responsibilities
