A DAY IN THE LIFE Aligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement. Facilitates complex cross functional projects from conception to completion. Facilitates groups of individuals on continuous improvement efforts. Observe processes business and or field related with the objective of executing continuous improvement efforts. Facilitates continuous development of improvements and updates to processes and materials that will enhance and streamline organizational process. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Technical writing experience and a Lean six sigma green belt certification preferred and or the ability to complete certification in the first year of employment. Ability to influence others up and down the organizational chart. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
